Kyle Kohlmorgen’s passion for beer began in college, where he devoted his small reserve of internship cash on Bell’s Two Hearted and eventually a homebrew kit. After tasting La Folie, he began brewing sour beer, and his basement has been littered with pellicle-laden carboys ever since. Between brew days, he is a process engineering consultant for the food and beverage industry.
