Sensory and Flavor Training for Brewers

Sensory AnalysisA brief introduction to taste physiology and techniques for assessing beer will be followed by a guided tasting through several of the most common brewing-related off flavors found in beer. In addition to tasting these flavors, participants will learn the most common causes of these flavors, along with tips on how to prevent them.
