Nathan Williams has been homebrewing for 15 years, ever since his computer hobby turned professional and he needed a new hobby. He enjoys the quantitative and technical side of brewing at least as much as the creative side, and he has notes to prove it. Nathan is an officer of the Boston Wort Processors, a regular at Franklin County Cider Days, and parent to a two-year-old son.
