Kai Troester is best known for his passion for brewing science and its application in homebrewing. He began brewing in 2005 after a television program piqued his interest. Before long, he discovered the large online community surrounding his new hobby, where he immersed himself in discussions about techniques and the underlying science. Once Kai noticed the same questions were being asked repeatedly, he started writing detailed articles to benefit interested brewers.
