This year, we plan to see 3,400 attendees during Pro-Brewers Night.

Eligibility

• Participants must be open for business and a current member of the Brewers Association.
• Join the Brewers Association.
• Participants must be distributed in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Breweries not currently distributed in Pennsylvania may have the chance to purchase a temporary license for the event for a nominal fee. If you’re not currently distributed in PA and still interested in participating, please contact Bradley Latham at bradley@brewersassociation.org.

Beer

• You may bring up to five brands of beer.
• A 1/4 or 1/2 bbl of each, depending on the popularity of the brand, should suffice.
• Plan accordingly for bottles or cans.
• Breweries must supply their own equipment and gas if serving draft.

During the Event

• Three representatives from the brewery receive complimentary passes to pour during the event.
• Set up is from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm.
• Tear down is 11:30 pm - 12:00 am.
• Participants are provided a 6′ or 8′ table, with roughly a 10′ x 10′ booth space.
• Please bring your own jockey boxes, banners, tap handles, etc.
• Ice, tubs for bottles/cans, dump buckets and water pitchers are provided.
• Please don’t bring coasters; other brewery swag is okay.
