John Palmer is the best-selling author and co-author of How To Brew, Brewing Classic Styles, and Water: A Comprehensive Guide for Brewers, and co-host of the popular podcast, Brew Strong. John is owner of Palmer Brewing Solutions, Inc., with the goal of “making beer better.” He is a proud member of the Crown of the Valley Brewers of Southern California, and ecstatic to be back home in Michigan for the AHA National Homebrewers Conference, where it seems you can’t swing a mash paddle without hitting a deer or a turkey. Sometimes both at once.
