Garry Pitman is the brewmaster for Manzanita Brewing Company in San Diego. He started out as a homebrewer, building his own brewing stand from aluminum tubing and maintaining several fermenting refrigerators. Garry opened Manzanita Brewing Company in 2009 with a three barrel brew house, and expanded to a 30 barrel brew house in 2012.
