David Houseman began brewing in 1991 with extract on his kitchen stove and became a BJCP judge in 1993. David is author of a number of beer and brewing articles, including the Commercial Calibration column in Zymurgy. David brews nearly all recognized beer styles and has won numerous awards for his original recipes. If it ferments, David has made it, including beer, mead, cider, wine and cheese.
