Scott Mitchell started homebrewing in 2011 and made the jump to all-grain after six months, starting with BIAB and evolving from there. He is an active member of the Albany Brew Crafters homebrew club in Albany, N.Y. and is the chair of the club’s brewfessor committee, which organizes and presents the club’s educational topics. Scott is a project manager for a machine tool manufacturer.
