Patrick Dawson is an award-winning beer writer, homebrewer, BJCP beer judge, and general lover of all things beer. His recently released book, Vintage Beer, guides readers through identifying beer styles that will improve when cellared, as well as demystifying what is happening inside the bottle. Patrick is the resident beer columnist for the North Denver Tribune and has written for Zymurgy, DRAFT, All About Beer, Craft Beer & Brewing and multiple other publications. You can regularly find him on the radio, as well as touring around the country, lecturing about craft beer.
