Mike Karnowski has been homebrewing since 1986, and has owned a homebrew shop for 13 years. He has been the head distiller at a rum distillery, and worked at several commercial breweries. Mike is presently the head brewer of specialty beers at Green Man Brewery in Asheville, N.C.
