Matthew Brown has been home brewing for more than 10 years and is also a beer evangelist, food lover and beer traveler. He is always looking to try new ideas and push brewing and beer outside of the box. His favorite beer style is stout. He is a two-time homebrewer of the year with the Dunedin Brewers Guild. He holds a B.A. in chemistry from the University of Cincinnati and is currently brewing for Cigar City Brewing in Tampa, Fla.
