Schramm's Mead

Ken Schramm is owner and head meadmaker at Schramm’s Mead in Ferndale, Mich. Ken is the 2014 AHA Governing Committee Recognition Award winner and is the author of The Compleat Meadmaker. He is an avid fruit grower, food enthusiast, wine lover, brewer, fly fisherman and musician. Ken lives in Troy, Mich., with his wife Jean. He has also done some pro sports and arena concert television production in a previous life.
