Oskar Blues Brewery

Juice is currently the Head Brewer at Oskar Blues Brewery in Lyons, Colo. He started his brewing career in 2005, filling kegs on the overnight shift at Boulder Beer Company. With hard work, he quickly moved to the packaging line and then to brewer. In 2010 Juice was offered the opportunity to brew for Oskar Blues Brewery in Longmont, Colo. His passion for innovation quickly led him to Lead Brewer and allowed him to pilot Oskar Blues’ nitro program. He took a small, one-at-a-time keg production and turned it into a national program. Packaging nitro kegs wasn’t enough for Juice; in 2014 he lead Oskar Blues to produce the first craft beer in a nitro can.
