John Van Itallie is an active member and officer of the James River Homebrewers Club as well as a national ranked BJCP judge. He has been brewing for 18 years and is a graduate of Siebel Institute’s Concise Course in Brewing Technology. When he’s not brewing beer or playing engineer at his day job, John can often be found tweaking and building new brewing equipment and systems.
