Jay Blanchard joined Vander Mill as a production manager in late 2013. Jay’s background includes some small batch homebrewing of beer. Educated primarily in engineering and production, he spent six years after college as a production/manufacturing engineer and then as a production manager. Jay is excited by the new equipment and the growth potential that the cider category has to offer.
