Hop Breeding Company / Perrault Farm's
Born and raised on a hop farm in the Yakima Valley, Jason is a fourth-generation grower with Perrault Farms, Inc. He is also vice president of R&D for Select Botanicals Group, LLC (partner member of Hop Breeding Co.), where he has been breeding novel hop varieties for the brewing industry since 1997.
