Jamie Floyd is founding brewer and part owner of Ninkasi Brewing Company in Eugene, Oregon. Jamie sits on the Brewers Association Technical Committee and is a judge for the Great American Beer Festival®, World Beer Cup® and homebrewing competitions. He also serves on the board of the Oregon Brewers Guild. As an educator, Jamie teaches his staff and the about public sensory analysis techniques, beer and style history, cooking with beer and recipe development.
