James Spencer is producer and host of the Basic Brewing Video and Basic Brewing Radio podcasts, which have been posted regularly since 2005. He’s also the producer and publisher of the Basic Brewing series of DVDs. Recently, he co-founded Beer and Wine Journal, an online homebrewing magazine with Chris Colby.
