Eric Bean is the owner and brewmaster of Columbus Brewing Company in Columbus, Ohio. His interest in brewing began at a party in college, when a friend told him that it was possible to make beer in your kitchen. This led to a hobby, that led to a career. Twenty years later he is still in pursuit of the perfect pint.
