Corey Arrick is a food process engineer from Purdue University who has worked with several large and small breweries during his consulting career. Most notably, he was the process and packaging lead design engineer for Vermont Hard Cider’s (Woodchuck) new 90,000 s.f. facility currently under construction. Corey has been homebrewing for almost 14 years and has taken an extreme interest in hard cider due to its unforeseen complexities and unlimited flavor profiles and adjunct options. He recently won best in show with a dry hopped hard cider at the Philadelphia AHA-sanctioned competition.
