Colin Kaminski started his career as a product designer for MoreBeer!, designing more than 180 products. He has been the master brewer at Downtown Joe’s since 2003. He is the co-author of Water: A Comprehensive Guide for Brewers. He also has won the Beer Writer’s Guild award for Best Feature Article.
