Join Master Cicerone Rich Higgins in tasting and deconstructing different beers to learn what drives the best beers, taste how the ingredients interact, explore how taste, aroma and mouthfeel impact a drinker’s psychology, and connect to a beers’s purpose and describe its personality. The more you can taste in a beer (both your own beer and others’), the more there is to enjoy and learn from.
