• Cancellations made via Altitude Tickets before May 1st may be eligible for a refund.
• Cancellations made on or after May 1st are not eligible for a refund.
• Processing fees paid during registration are non-refundable.

Pre-Conference and Associated Events

• Events outside of the official conference are managed by outside parties and have their own refund policies. Please review those in advance of purchase.
• The AHA is not responsible for events managed by other groups.
