Are you coming to the biggest homebrew party of the year? Of course, you are!
Club Night is "The Party" not to be missed! Where else can you hang out with 1000 of your closest homebrewing friends? The AHA National Homebrewers Conference Club Night has a history of clubs serving some of their finest beers to our amazing community of homebrewers.
Many clubs develop their booth around a theme. Be creative and if you look silly don't worry the club next to you will look even sillier. Most bar owners would drool over many of these tap systems, and the costumes are not to be missed. If you are not into decorating or looking goofy, but want to share your beer you are just as welcome.
If your club wants to participate and set up a booth for Club Night, please contact Chris Smith at [email protected], and provide him with the following information.
- Club name, city and state
- Contact person's name, email and phone number
- Do you need power?
- Do you need more than 10 ft x 10 ft space?
- Do you want to share a space?
- Do you need a table?
- Approximately how many beers will you have on tap and/or in bottles?
- Approximately how many members are coming from your club?
- Are there any clubs that you want or do not want to be situated beside your booth?
For Your Information
- We will accomodate as many clubs as we have room for. Late responders will be put on a waiting list.
- We will have refrigeration for kegs and cases before Club Night. Please make sure your kegs/cases are clearly labeled.
- We will provide 20lbs of ice and the kegs will be cold already.
- Providing something for people to snack on at your both is a good idea.
- Dump buckets will be provided for every booth. Of course, they are not for your great beer, but someone may still have some beer from that "Other Booth".
- Open flames and smoke machines are strictly prohibited in the Club Night Ballroom.
- You must have fun!
