Scott M. Katzer, P.E., owner of Katzer Consulting Engineers, Inc., earned a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Northeastern University in Boston, and holds professional engineering licenses in eight states. Mr. Katzer’s engineering and construction experience encompasses a wide variety of building and operational issues in the evaluation and design of technically complex commercial and industrial projects, including forensic investigation and risk assessment. Mr. Katzer is experienced in the investigation and analysis of building related components including heating, ventilating and air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, building envelope, and indoor air quality issues. Mr. Katzer has been homebrewing for 20+ years and applying his passion for brewing and his knowledge of engineering construction to help start-up craft breweries achieve their dreams.
