Independent Consultant

John Gasparine is a biologist who serves as an independent consultant to the beer industry. Since 2006 he has traveled the world in search of alternative wood species and has developed a variety of innovative wood aging techniques. He has worked on projects with Dogfish Head, Heavy Seas and Stillwater Artisinal Ales, and has an undying passion for innovation.
