BJCP Exam

The Beer Judge Certification Program (BJCP) beer and mead judge exams are scheduled for June 20, 2012 at the official conference hotel, the day prior to the conference. The purpose of the BJCP is to promote beer literacy and the appreciation of real beer, and to recognize beer tasting and evaluation skills.

If you are interested in taking either of these exams contact the exam administrator, Randy Scorby by email or at 541-519-2542. Space is limited for both exams, so reserve your slot early.

BJCP Reception

All BJCP judges are welcome to  attend the BJCP reception at the AHA National Homebrewers Conference. Come mingle with other judges and learn the nuances of beer from top ranked judges. The reception starts with beer and a fellowship meeting. Training commences soon after and we will delve into a few beer styles to help increase your understanding of them. Come meet fellow judges and friends from around the world!

Brewing Network 7th Anniversary Party

Join Justin, JP, Tasty, Doc, Nathan and Nicole as they celebrate the 7th anniversary of the Brewing Network’s groundbreaking internet radio shows. Expect lots of great beer, food, live music, and lots of fun for everyone!

Buses will run to and from the conference hotel and the party venue.
